II. Composition and Principle
The aligner consists of a detection drive wheel, oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve body components, and frame. When the belt runs off-center, it contacts the detection drive wheel, which drives the oil pump to pressurize. Through the integrated circuit of the valve body and programmed control, the oil cylinder piston rod extends or retracts, driving the aligning idler frame to deflect in the predetermined direction. At this time, the linear movement direction of the aligning idler forms an angle with the belt's movement direction, and the friction generated between them drives the belt to run centered, achieving the purpose of automatic random correction of belt deviation.
